I have been truly blessed to have experienced some big challenges to my physical and mental health. The insights and awareness that these experiences have brought me are priceless! And the healers that have guided me along the way have taught me so much about my own strength and ability to heal. All of this has led me to be driven to pay it forward.

I am eternally curious and I love learning about how our bodies work. My journey to feed my knowledge hunger brought me to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University, where I graduated in 2011 with an Associate’s in Applied Sciences degree in Massage Therapy. I learned how to use my natural compassion and intuitive sense to help people feel better. Since then, I have studied Myofascial Release with John Barnes. Myofascial Release has been an incredible tool for me to bring into the treatments I give.
I've worked with folks of all kinds along the way. From patients in critical health in a hospital, to elite athletes - and everything in between. I really enjoy meeting people where they are at, and figuring out how to bring them the most benefit during our sessions. I also love to empower people with knowledge about their own bodies and self care techniques.
When I’m not doing bodywork, I love to learn about this beautiful world we live in through books and travel.
